Traffic/DUI/DMV/Expungements
We are an experienced and reliable law office that specializes in traffic violations, DMV, DUI cases and Expungements since 2006. We purposefully limit our practice area so our clients will experience high quality and focused representation in order for this law office to best help you, protect you and fight for you. We want to help people try to keep their jobs who are charged with vehicle crimes especially DUI, help people get a valid license back after years of driving on suspended license, keep insurance rates down or no points and appear for people who cannot attend court on their own. A lot of our clients are Class A drivers, truck drivers and professional drivers that need to keep their driving record clean. Only representing clients with Vehicle Code crimes sets us apart from many other general practice attorneys or criminal defense attorneys who also practice traffic law and DUI on the side. Further we primarily only serve the counties of San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Yolo, Placer, Sacramento, Solano and Colusa for traffic and dui defense. We charge flat rate fees on all our cases.
Estate Planning
We strongly feel everyone needs an estate plan even if it is a simple will nominating guardians for minor children, selecting your executor and beneficiaries for a small estate or a transfer on death deed or of course a revocable living trusts that is funded with trust assets and avoids probate. We can quickly prepare advance health care directives and HIPAA forms before a scheduled hospital surgery visit or when your children turn 18 and go off to college. Over the years we have developed the skills and knowledge to be a really effective estate planning attorney. I started doing wills and trusts 10 years ago but the product itself has improved. Now in 2017 we provide nice elegant planning binders organized with tabs, numerous documents, summaries, instructions, informations, and cover artwork. We can explain to you each and every part of your estate planning documents we prepare for you.
